Digital is better

Digital is everything in this new age, everywhere you go. The world we live in revolves around digital it’s a wonder how we ever lived without it. Dan blank say’s in his article “Why digital is better than print”, how people are not into print that much. Some people agree and other may not. Digital is better than print.

Digital is so much a part of this generation that no one even takes the time to think about the fact that print once was a source for everything. Unlike print digital is very Eco- friendly, compact and has no limit. Print never changes form, and is very expensive to change. Also print is not environmentally friendly.

Print cannot be altered in anyway, and it is very expensive to change unlike digital. Digital can sometimes lead to false information, and copy right issues.”Because digital media is inherently connected to services and new applications each piece of information can find itself being stretched and morphed in new ways to solve a need” (2). Although there are a few con’s to digital, it is great for the environment.

Digital is convenient, and green. You can multitask, and you have unlimited access to it. With digital there is less paper so that means there will be no ink stains. Dan Blank states “But when considering the education needs of the planet, and the productivity needs of all businesses, there is clearly a better way “(7). It empowers the masses and encourages creation. Creating is so much easier when it comes to digital, everything is so limitless.

I think digital is a lot better than print. More people would agree with Dan Blank. Whether is at home, school or on vacation we never leave home without our computers and cell phones. Digital is better than print for the simple fact that digital is fore ever getting better with each generation. Digital is our future.
